Pasta Free Low Carb Spagetti Bolognaise

Shirataki Noodles (Konnyaku) are the tremendous dupa wonder food pasta substitute. They are virtually carb and calorie no cost as they are 97% Water. I did have a bit of difficulty locating them. They are Japanese so the greatest area to uncover them is in a Japanese Supermarket. The packet I bought was only .30. If you really like noodles or pasta then this is the best resolution for you. Thanks for viewing Trav Out. All audio created in or from Garage Band.

Cormie continues with aspect 2 of How to Lose bodyweight devoid of working out and goes into detail about what she eats. ” I adore this diet plan since its a way of life that alows you to be complete, content material and take in food that is natural and that tastes good. Its all about what you eat.” Many thanks for Watching Peace and Very good Bless internet site www.prettylittlethingsbycormie.com songs by www.danosongs.com

    I’d heard of those noodles recently. I really want to try them, but I’m doing the nt cooking thing. Is it true you can just add water and still eat them? That looked really good! Love your videos!

    Im really starting to feel for these cupcakes!!

    That was so intresting!! In a really bizzare way.

    I know what you meen about the sauce, i normally just bung a jar in! You could always try using a tin of chopped tomatoes, i know alot of people do that to get the same effect and taste for really low calories.

    “Think of your body on a budget..” LOVE THAT!!! Great video…I have never seen anyone talk about a “Low Carb Lifestyle” like this…I’ve seen Atkins which is a ton more extreme…but this seems more doable…It kinda reminds me of the new Weight Watchers plan…Thanks for the video!

  • nakeasimone13:

    I just wanted to say that since i looked at your video a couple of weeks ago I started watching my carbs again and i am now 6 days in and i am amazed at the fact that i am not craving any sweets or carby foods like potatoes, rice bread, potato chips and sweet juices which were my vices. So far l’ve lost 2 lbs in 6 days and I feel good actually:) I still workout 3-4 times a week and drink lots of water. I am going to start practing a low carb lifestyle thanks to your video:)

  • pandamadness1:

    Very helpful information. I’m 6 ft tall and I have put on some weight over the past 1 1/2 year. I’m used to wearing a size 8/10 and now I’m a 14/16. I look forward to more videos on this subject. Thank you for taking the time to do this.

    there are always people who get there draws in a bunch when someone is helping people who want to loose weight, loose weight. A diet coke and the occassional piece of fryed chicken is way more healthy then living a life overweight and unhappy with yourself.This plan, reminds me of the old wise quote” everything in moderation’.I think this diet makes a lot a sense!

    @PLTbyCormie

    hey cormie, this is a very interesting take on weight loss. i just wanted to know how much weight did u loose per week in the weight loss zone of 30-50 carbs per meal?

  • PLTbyCormie:

    @Lifeinfullcolour14 theymeals shown r a few of the meals I documented but 90% of the time my beverage of choice with every meal is water..funny how I had 1 diet soda and people run w it.hopefully people will understand the point which is to monitor what you consume and be aware of what you are putting in your body every meal. 40 grams of carbs perf meal is alot healthier then what most people consume now..having the choice to decide what that 40grams will be is what makes this diet successful..

  • PLTbyCormie:

    @Lifeinfullcolour14 Im sorry u feel that way..Im trying to show people that u can eat fried chicken and have a diet soda every now and then if u crave it..I dont buy diet soda when I grovery shop but if I get a strong craving for fiss or soda I have one..people r already eating fried chicken Im trying to show them that they can still have it once they change their eating habits if they monitor every meal they comsume..no one is going to eat 100% healthy and diet soda does Not affect your insulin

  • MegaMG76:

    do u have any recipies?

  • PLTbyCormie:

    @anaturalbeauty3 good question..yes not only will it help with your insulin but it will help to absorb some of the sodium and cholesterol in the fattier foods that you take in..like fried chicken

    @DJ23322332 thank u

  • PLTbyCormie:

    @MissFlint4U no problem thanks for taking the time to watch

  • PLTbyCormie:

    @neasha27 during weight loss..about 40 per meal..currently about 55 to 65 per meal..depending on the meal.

  • PLTbyCormie:

    @neasha27 per meal..:)

  • PLTbyCormie:

  • StarSpell5:

    Don’t do the music thing or just lower the volume more. Thank you for the lesson. See you later.

  • Garsamy:

    @neasha27 I think it’s per day! I was trying to do the diet/lifestyle change from the book “Fat to Skinny Fast and Easy”. It allows for 20 per day to lose weight then when you get to the weight you want to be, you add 5 grams per week until you start to gain weight then you know where your carb limit is then you stop there. You shouldnt have to workout on that diet too. So when Cormie suggested 40 per day, that sounded a lot better to me. Lol!

  • cocabutter80:

    @neasha27 I know i was confused to what Cormie said too in regards to her carb intake (whether per meal or day)but as for me my “Budget” is 180g per day, but since I’m eating a lot of greens and fruits I find that I’m actually taking in a lot less than that! (however this is for my first 10 day trial it might increase slightly after that)

  • neasha27:

    @Garsamy I think it’s 40 per meal…no way I could eat only 40 carbs per day lol…I hope its per meal

  • neasha27:

    @cocabutter80 how many carbs do u eat per meal? Im a little confused as to the limit of carbs per day or per meal….

  • MissFlint4U:

    Awesome video. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this invaluable information! I always wanted to try the low carb lifestyle, but felt overwhelmed by the idea of counting the carbs in everything. You make it seem soooo simple. Will definitely try this again.
