    @BodyPerformanceTV, I don’t eat breakfast and I eat deli sandwich’s for lunch and maybe another deli sandwich for dinner or maybe some seared chicken breast and some vegetables, and then I run 3-4 miles everyday and lift weights, I have lost 20 lbs in one month, so yes this possible

    Hey Steve is it possible for a person to lose 30 pounds in 5 months by eating less of the foods they like and working out 3-5 times a day?…and Do u think P90x would be a good investment?

    @stoney316 actually, i can tell you from first hand experience it is. i’ve lost over 100 pounds and the last year nad i had a couple months where i either went up or only lost 5 or 6.

    @BodyPerformanceTV doesn’t depend on size, workout and diet. i’ve lost 20 pounds in a 2 week period. in the last year i’ve gone from 420-309 as of today with a couple stalemate months in between.

    @stoney316 Yes you can just start fasting and you will lose on average 2-3 pounds per day….after the glucose and the stored glucose is all gone it will burn body fat for energy and survival…although when you start eating again your more than likely to gain alot of that weight back…not very healthy but if you want to lose weight quickly just dont eat anything for a week

    Ok, let me see if I have this right. If I eat 3 snickers bars, two ho-ho’s, a bag of pig rinds, an entire pecan pie and 4 twinkies….Then the next day I eat a 2 pieces of celery, one bite of a rice cake and half a diet pepsi, will I cancel out the other foods? I need to lose 50 pounds in the next couple weeks and need help now!

    ..that’s too much of a liquid deficiency.,
    ..u nid at least 2-3 liters of liquids per day.,
    ..if ur concerned with calories, then drink plain water.,
    ..yes, decrease calories BUT NOT water.,
