    @IDMWEIGHTSIDM hi there thanks for your comment!! cholesterol and heart attacks have nothing to do with eachother! what the guy is “teaching” IS Wrong!! his knowledges are “politically” correct but not scientifically correct!! Your arteries get inflamed due to stress and inflammation.. your liver to deal with the situation produces Extra cholesterol and Hdl and Ldl transport it where needed..

    hello there! There is NO such thing As Good or Bad Cholesterol! HDL and LDL r LipoProteins That Carry Cholesterol Around Our System! Our Liver Produces Cholesterol As Its Essential To Our Health! Our Body Would Not Produce Something Negative To Kill Us!! This Is A Myth!! Ldl and Hdl are low dencity and highdencity LipoProteins!! Cholesterol we eat has little/no Impact on our blood cholesterol!! Do Your Reasearch a bit better! All the Best!!
