if you bring a African kid to America they’ll gain 30 pounds of muscle in a year
if you want a sixpack you have to lose bodyfat. ab work isn’t nessecary if you do core lifts like squats, deadlifts, heavy presses and heavy rows. if at all i would do 2-3 sets of crunches and leg raises once a week but it’s not a must.
