    @AtoZyzzyva lol its not that bad im at about 16% bodyfat and i look normal… if i put my shirt off i dont look really good but thats because im not lean right now.. i can stay at 16% bodyfat eating all kinds of bad shit and not get any fatter (i dont eat THAT much though) but when i do want to get lean.. yeah that is actually really hard.

    Im an endomorph my BREAKFAST is 3 packs of Quaker Oats oatmeal made witrh water not milk my SNACKS is usually a fiber one bar or green seedless grapes my LUNCH is a turkey breast sandwhich with guldens spicy mustard on Arnolds whole grain 12 grain bread my DINNER is A Chicken breast cutlet brolied with no skin I try to eat 3hrs in bettween is that ok for a way for me to eat anyones help whould be great and I take ON 211 RECOVERY POST SHAKE

    I’m glad I’m not a pussy ecto having to eat 5000 calories a day just a endo/meso boy it easy to get big for me and I barley eat meat just my whey cuz I’m 17 and broke u guys say ur endo ecto idk about that might be meso ecto like how can some one be that

    Hey guys. As far as the calculator that’s on the link: It gave a really high number for required carbs and a REALLY low number for protein… I’m 240 and even when calculating losing 2 lbs a week it said to consume like 350carbs and only 95protein grams a damn…seems off no?

    To be honest, I’m so fucking glad I am ecto when I see how shit it must be too be endo.
    Sure, meso is the best for bodybuilding but endos fucking suck – can’t eat carbs which are like the best, can’t have any fucking cheat meals, just eat veg and meat all day.
